Nathalie’s cooking is homemade, using fresh, local, and organic products whenever possible. Breakfast is included with every stay. Nos tarifs : Séjour pour 2 personnes : 2 nuits + 4 petits déjeuners + 2 soirées dégustation & assiettes gourmandes + 2 repas gastronomiques : 396 € TTC Séjour pour 1 personne : 2 nuits + 2 petits déjeuners + 1 soirée dégustation & assiettes gourmandes + 1 repas gastronomique : 288 € TTC Réservez votre séjour directement sur notre interface sécurisée : vous ne serez pas débités* De septembre à juin, nous organisons régulièrement des soirées dégustations et des accords mets-vins, sur des thématiques variées. Nos "séjours épicuriens " s'articulent sur deux nuitées : => Le jour de votre arrivée , nous vous proposons une soirée dégustation : 4 à 6 vins, suivant le thème de la soirée, accompagnés de différentes gourmandises salées sélectionnées pour vous et/ou préparées par nos soins. Quelques exemples de soirées dégustations : Les cépages rares de l'Aude Dégustation comparée de blanquettes de Limoux Dégustation de vins d'Alsace (on ne renie pas ses racines) Dégustation de vins de Bourgogne (toujours le retour aux sources !) Découverte des vins de la Malepère ... Toutes nos dégustations sont accompagnées d'assiettes gourmandes. L'objectif est de vous laisser apprécier le vin, sans en dénaturer les arômes, mais en vous permettant de quitter la table rassasié. => Le 2ème jour : vous êtes reposés, vous avez plus de temps pour apprécier notre soirée gastronomique ! Apéritif, entrée, plat et dessert sont proposés en accord mets-vins. Quelques exemples de soirée gastronomique : "L'alsace à l'heure occitane" : repas alsacien, accompagné de cépages traditionnellement alsaciens, mais cultivés dans l'Aude Les vins de la Malepère, autour d'un bon cassoulet maison Soirée bourguignonne : accord mets-vins de Bourgogne déclinés autour de spécialités bourguignonnes Soirée Paëlla "à la Valenciana" (aux beaux jours) Soirée choucroute ou bæckeofe (histoire de supporter l'hiver !) ... Nous voulons que vous passiez un bon moment, ludique et convivial. Nous n'avons pas la prétention de vous asséner une leçon de dégustation, mais plutôt vous faire passer une agréable soirée, autour de vins sélectionnés par nos soins, et de plats cuisinés "maison". Certaines dégustations sont proposées "à l'aveugle" : saurez-vous reconnaître le vin que vous dégustez ? We accept bank checks, issued on a bank located on French territory. You may be required to show proof of identity. You can also pay in cash We do not accept holiday vouchers Booking and cancellation conditions You can book through our secure interface directly on our site by clicking on the "booking" button. A bank card will be required to limit the risk of fraudulent registrations. You will not be charged. Payment will be made on site. You can also book by phone, or by E-mail. Don't forget to give us a phone number where you can be reached to confirm your reservation. All our stays are offered with particularly advantageous cancellation conditions for our customers. No deposit will be charged in the event of cancellation or modification of your reservation no later than 7 days before your arrival. After this period, the amount of the stay will be paid in full, with the exception of any option that could have been taken out at the time of booking (bike rental, gourmet table, picnic basket, etc.) In case of interruption of stay, the entire stay will be cashed.

Die nächstgelegene „Hauptstraße“ ist fast 2 km entfernt. Whatever the season of your visit, a short stroll around the lake at the end of the park is a must: ducks, herons and grey cranes call out to you, frogs greet your arrival and, if you're lucky, you'll spot a roe deer gracefully striding away! Elle permet de rejoindre les voies vertes : n° V81 "le chemin des filatiers " which passes through Mirepoix on one side and runs alongside the Lac de Montbel on the other, as far as Lavelanet.
