According to the seasons and our inspiration, we cook up good meals, using ingredients mainly sourced locally, and almost exclusively organic or untreated after harvest.

From breakfast (included in your stay) to dinner (by reservation, to guarantee perfect freshness), including picnic baskets, everything is homemade.

What about drinks? Handcrafted beer is brewed a few miles from here, from locally grown, naturally gluten-free sorghum malt. Coca or lemonade are not left out: they are also artisanal, and made from water from the intermittent fountain of Fontesorbes, in Bélesta.

To finish on the wines ... when a Burgundian and an Alsatian who lived 25 years in Champagne settle in the first wine-growing region of France, inevitably, the wine list of the Grenier Occitan is rich and varied! Come and discover our favorites of the moment, in white, red, or rosé… Still or sparkling wine, from local blanquette to champagne a little further away, we will certainly find something to delight you. And always at very reasonable prices, even if you have to taste in moderation!
